The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between counterproductive work behaviors and personality traits. In this research, survey method has been used. The surveys have been given to the participants with an explanation attached about the objective of the research and volunteer basis it is on. In this context, a survey, consisted of Goldberg (1992) and Spector vd. (2006) studies, has been applied to 228 fourth-year students of Health of School in Dumlupınar University. The data obtained from the research has been analyzed by using SPSS sofware. Research results have shown that conscientiousness factor, from Five Factor Model of Personality, is a valid precursor for the whole aspects of counterproductive work behaviors. Furthermore, these results have shown that openness, extraversion, and agreeableness factors are also valid precursors but for some aspects of counterproductive work behaviors. Meanwhile, the existence of negative oriented and significant relationships has been determined between the aspects of five factor model of personality and counterproductive work behaviors.

KAYITDIŞI SEKTÖRÜN EKONOMİDEKİ ROLÜ TARTIŞMALARI ÜZERİNE: BİR LİTERATÜR TARAMASI1

Öz

 

Bu çalışma kayıtdışı sektörün ülke ekonomilerindeki rolünü konu edinen bir literatür taramasıdır. Çalışmada öncelikle kayıtdışı ekonomi kavramına açıklık getirilmeye çalışılmış ve sonra ise bu sektörün ülke ekonomisindeki rolüne ilişkin mevcut yaklaşımlar detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Araştırma bu alandaki temel teorik ve ampirik çalışmaları kapsayacak şekilde yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucu literatürde kayıtdışı sektörün ülke ekonomisindeki rolüne olumlu ve olumsuz olmakla, iki temel yaklaşım tarzının olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Aynı zamanda da araştırma sonuçları göstermiştir ki, uzun vadeli perspektifte kayıtdışı sektöre olumsuz yaklaşımın daha tutarlı olduğu yönünde artık literatürde belli görüş birliği oluşmaktadır.
