Köpeklerde Atopik Dermatitisin Tanısında İntradermal Deri Testi ve Alerjen Spesifik Ig E Düzeylerinin Karşılaştırılması
Öz
Atopik dermatitis genetik olarak programlanmış inflamatuvar bir hastalıktır. Bu çalışmada, kliniklerimize kaşıntı şikâyeti ile getirilen köpeklerde İntradermal testi temelinde ELISA testinin sensitivitesi ve spesifitesinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Çalışmanın materyalini, değişik ırk ve yas, 26 erkek, 24 dişi olmak üzere toplam 50 köpek oluşturmuştur. Bu çalışmada kullanılmak üzere sekiz alerjen Bursa bölgesinde daha önce yapılan bir çalışma temelinde seçildi. Atopi şüpheli köpeklerin klinik muayenelerinin yapılması spesifik tanısal testler temelinde olası hastalıklar (piyoderma, uyuz, dermatomikoz ve gıda alerjisi v.b) elimine edildi Willemse’nin tanısal kriterleri temelinde seçilen atopi şüpheli köpekler üzerinde İDT yapıldı. Serum örneklerinden, ELISA testi ile alerjen spesifik Ig E tayinleri yapıldı Çalışmada, ev tozu akarlarına karşı % 66 (n:33), Pireye karşı %48 (n:24) oranında, ELISA testinde ise ev tozu akarına % 72 (n:36), pire’ye karşı %6 (n:3) oranında pozitif reaksiyon saptandı. Serolojik monoklonal Ig E testinin sensitivite ve spesifitesinin %0-82 ve %50-100 arasında değiştiği belirlendi. Sonuç olarak, ELISA testi sensitivite ve spesifitesinin ise ev tozu akarları açısından yüksek olduğu ancak genel olarak irdelendiğinde bu iki test arasındaki korelasyonun oldukça düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir
