Vefa Durağı Projesi Kapsamında Fotoğrafik İmge Olarak Tasarlanan Duraklar ve Mehmet Âkif Ersoy Temalı Otobüs Durağı

Öz

Vefa Durağı Projesi kapsamında tasarlanan durakları odağına alan bu çalışmanın amacı Mehmet Âkif Ersoy’un vefatının 78. yıl dönümü anısına tasarlanan otobüs durağı hakkında bilgilendirmede bulunmaya çalışmaktır. Nitel araştırma esasına dayanan bu çalışmada verilere veri toplama araçlarından biri olan doküman incelemesiyle erişilmiştir. Öncelikle gazete, ansiklopedi, kitap, kitap bölümü, dergi, tez ve dijital kayıtlar üzerinden araştırmalar yapılmış sonrasında Vefa Durağı Projesi kapsamında tasarlanan Mehmet Âkif Ersoy Durağında incelemelerde bulunularak farklı açılardan fotoğrafları çekilmiştir. Mehmet Âkif Ersoy Durağı, biri çift yönlü kullanılmak kaydıyla toplamda beş panodan oluşmaktadır. Durağın arka kısmında bulunan dört panoda Mehmet Âkif Ersoy’a dair bilgilendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Ön yüzdeki ilk panoda şairin görseli ve eserleri yer alırken ikinci ve üçüncü panoda hayatına dair bilgiler yer almaktadır. Toplam yedi bölüm hâlinde sunulan tasarımdaki son panoda ise İstiklal Marşı’nın yazım süreci ve on kıtadan oluşan İstiklal Marşı ele alınmıştır. Buna göre iyi niyetli bir uygulama olarak görülen Vefa Durağı Projesinin ilk günkü önemini korumadığı, yapılması gereken iyileştirme ve yenileme çalışmalarının ise zamanında yapılmadığı görülmüştür. Vefa Durağı Projesi kapsamında tasarlanan duraklara gereken önemin verilmemesi durumunda durakların bakımsız kalarak unutulmaya yüz tutacağı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Bus Station Designed As Photographic Images Within the Scope of Vefa Station Project and Mehmet Âk̇f Ersoy Themed Bus Station

Öz

The aim of this study, which focuses on the bus stops designed within the scope of the Vefa Durağı Project, is to try to provide information about the bus stop designed in memory of the 78th anniversary of Mehmet Akif Ersoy's death. In this study, which is based on qualitative research, data were accessed through document analysis, one of the data collection tools. First of all, research was conducted on newspapers, encyclopedias, books, book chapters, journals, theses and digital records, and then Mehmet Akif Ersoy Bus Stop, which was designed within the scope of the Vefa Stop Project, was examined and photographed from different angles. Mehmet Akif Ersoy Stop consists of a total of five panels, one of which can be used in both directions. On the four panels on the back of the stop, information about Mehmet Akif Ersoy was given. The first panel on the front side contains the poet's image and works, while the second and third panels contain information about his life. The last panel in the design, which is presented in a total of seven sections, deals with the writing process of the National Anthem and the National Anthem consisting of ten stanzas. Accordingly, it is seen that the Vefa Durağı Project, which is seen as a well-intentioned application, has not preserved its importance on the first day, and the necessary improvement and renovation works have not been carried out on time. It is concluded that if the stops designed within the scope of the Vefa Durağı Project are not given the necessary importance, the stops will remain neglected and will be forgotten.
