Öz
Universities are higher education institutions, and university museums, unlike other museums, aim to support education
and training with their collections. In this study, the collection type anatomy was chosen within the scope of
university museums and the Criminal Anthropology museum affiliated to the University of Turin was selected as an
example of this type. For this reason, university museums are briefly mentioned in the introduction. In order to understand
how the museum collection was formed and what its purpose was, the scientist Cesare Lombroso, who created
