Öz

Anadolu Üniversitesi Çağdaş Sanatlar Müzesi, Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesinin denetimindeki Palet Sanat Galerisi ile oluşturulan üniversite koleksiyonunun müze koleksiyonuna dönüştüğü on beş yıllık sürecin sonunda kurulmuştur. 2001 yılında açılan müzenin koleksiyonunda bugün 600’ü aşkın eser yer almaktadır. Satın almalar, sanatçı bağış- ları ve özel koleksiyonların bağışları ile zenginleşen müze önemli bir sanatsal birikime sahip olmuştur.

Bu bildiride, çağdaş Türk sanatının duayenlerinden orta ve genç kuşak sanatçılar ile yabancı sanatçıların müze- mizde yer alan figüratiften soyuta farklı tekniklerde üretilmiş resim, heykel ve seramik eserleri dönemlerine göre örneklendirilerek görsellerle tanıtılmaya çalışılacaktır.

ANADOLU UNIVERSITY THE COLLECTION OF MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ARTS

Öz

Anadolu University Museum of Contemporary Arts was established over a period of fifteen years after the uni- versity collection which was developed by the Palet Art Gallery (controlled by Fine Arts Faculty) evolved into the museum collection. Today the collection of the museum, which was established in 2001, includes more than 600 art pieces. The museum enriched with the purchases, donations of art works and special collections, now possesses a significant collection of art pieces.

In this paper I intend to introduce the paintings, sculptures and ceramics of our museum collection that are produced via different techniques, from the figurative to abstract and belong to the connoisseur, middle-aged generation and young generations of Turkish art together with the foreign artists.
