Bilgi Paylaşımının Teknoloji Kabul Modeli Üzerinden İncelenmesi; Bir Sosyal Ağ Uygulaması

Öz

Facebook, Twitter gibi sosyal ağlar da kullanıcılar arasındaki güçlü ilişkiler bilginin yayılmasını ve paylaşılmasını kolaylaştırmaktadır. Bu araştırmada Lee ve Paris (2013) yapmış oldukları çalışmada geliştirmiş olduğu model çerçevesinde internet üzerinden bilgi paylaşımının güven ve güçlü ilişkinin etkisiyle ve Teknoloji Kabul Modeli (TKM) çerçevesinde ilişkileri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma Uşak ilinde basit tesadüfi örnekleme yoluyla 420 kişi üzerinde anket gerçekleştirilmiş olup ölçekler Hsu ve Lin (2008); Lai ve Li (2005); Shih (2004) ve Venkatesh vd. (2002)‟in yapmış oldukları çalışmalardan uyarlanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde modelin boyutları arasındaki ilişkiler için regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları göstermektedir ki sosyal ağda güven, güçlü ilişki ve teknolojinin kabulü bilgi paylaşımını önemli derecede etkilemektedir. Dolayısıyla bu alanda müşterilerle iletişime geçmek isteyecek işletmelere, hem kurulacak sosyal ağın kullanım kolaylığı ve faydasını hem de ağ içerisindeki güven ve ilişkinin önemini dikkate alması önerilmektedir.
