Sağlık Personellerinin Uzaktan Sağlık Hizmetleri (Tele-Tıp) Kullanımına Yönelik Tutumlarının Belirlenmesi

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, sağlık personellerinin uzaktan sağlık hizmetlerinin (Tele-Tıp) kullanılmasına yönelik tutumlarının çeşitli sosyo-demografik ve mesleki değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemektir. Analitik ve kesitsel tanımlayıcı tipte tasarlanan araştırmanın evrenini iki ilçede bulunan devlet hastanesi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma 136 sağlık çalışanı ile tamamlanmış, veriler Eylül 2026 ve Şubat 2026 tarihleri arasında yüz yüze ve online anket yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Katılımcıların çoğunluğu kadın (%61) ve lisans mezunudur (%60,3); en büyük yaş grubunu 18–27 yaş aralığı oluşturmaktadır (%32,4). Katılımcıların yarıdan fazlası hemşire/ebedir (%57,4). Tele-sağlık kullanımında en önemli endişe iletişim güçlüğü (%46,3) olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre eğitim seviyesi yükseldikçe uzaktan sağlık hizmetlerine yönelik tutum puanlarının arttığı, cinsiyet bazında herhangi bir farklılık olmadığı ve genç yaş grubundakilerin tele sağlık tutum puanlarının diğer yaş gruplarına göre daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Meslek karşılaştırmasında ise sağlık lisansiyeri ve hemşirelerin sağlık teknikerlerinden daha yüksek puanlara sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Determining Healthcare Professionals' Attitudes Towards the Use of Remote Healthcare Services (Telemedicine)

Öz

The aim of this study is to determine whether healthcare professionals’ attitudes toward the use of telemedicine services vary according to various sociodemographic and professional variables. Designed as an analytical and cross-sectional descriptive study, the study population consists of a state hospital located in two districts. The study was completed with 136 healthcare workers; data were collected between September 2026 and February 2026 using face-to-face and online survey methods. The majority of participants were women (61%) and held a bachelor’s degree (60.3%); the largest age group was the 18–27 age range (32.4%). More than half of the participants were nurses or midwives (57.4%). The most significant concern regarding telehealth use was communication difficulties (46.3%). According to the research findings, attitude scores toward telehealth services increase as educational level rises; no significant differences were observed based on gender; and younger age groups had higher telehealth attitude scores compared to other age groups. In terms of occupational comparison, it was determined that healthcare graduates and nurses had higher scores than healthcare technicians
