The aim of this study is to determine the happiness levels of individuals who work as a gymnastics coach and a referee in working life. The study also aims to examine happiness levels in working life depending on several variables. The sample group of the study is made up of 232 individuals who work for the Turkish Gymnastics Federation as a certified coach and referee for the year 2020. In the study, the personal information form developed by the researchers and the Job-Related Affective Well-Being Scale (JAWS) adapted to Turkish by Bayram et al. (2004) developed by Van Katwyk et al. (2000) were used as data collection tools. As the statistical method in analysing the data, t-test and ANOVA test have been used for descriptive statistics and independent groups. At the end of the study, it was concluded that individuals working as coaches and referees had a high level of happiness in working life (Average=4,26) and this differed significantly depending on such factors as age, marital status, sports experience in gymnastics, coaching time, and socioeconomic status.
