Futbolcularda Farklı Miyofasyal Hatlara Uygulanan Foam Roller Egzersizlerinin Atletik Performans Üzerine Akut Etkileri

Öz

Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, futbolcularda ısınmaya ek olarak farklı miyofasyal hatlar üzerine uygulanan foam roller egzersizlerinin esneklik, sürat, patlayıcı güç ve çeviklik performansları üzerindeki akut etkilerini incelemektir.
Yöntem: Amatör ligde aktif olarak futbol oynayan 45 sağlıklı erkek sporcu (yaş: 24,36±3,87 yıl) çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Katılımcılar RAMP ısınma protokolüne ek olarak ön (FRA), arka (FRP), yan (FRL) ve tüm beden (FRTB) fasyal hatlarına yönelik foam roller uygulamalarını farklı günlerde deneyimlemişlerdir. Her uygulama sonrası esneklik (otur-eriş), dikey sıçrama, çeviklik (Illinois) ve sürat (30 m sprint) testleri yapılmıştır. Kontrol koşulunda ise yalnızca ısınma yapılmış ve foam roller uygulanmamıştır.
Bulgular: Esneklik ve çeviklik testleri açısından gruplar arasında anlamlı fark gözlenmemiştir (p>0.05). Ancak dikey sıçrama ve sprint testleri sonucunda FRL ve FRTB protokollerinin FRA’ya kıyasla anlamlı düzeyde daha iyi sonuçlar verdiği bulunmuştur (p<0.01).
Sonuç: Farklı fasyal hatlara uygulanan foam roller egzersizlerinin, esneklik ve çeviklik performansı üzerinde akut etkisi olmadığı, ancak özellikle FRL ve FRTB uygulamalarının dikey sıçrama ve sprint performansını anlamlı biçimde artırdığı tespit edilmiştir.
