ÖZDENETİM İLE İŞ STRESİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİDE MESLEKTAŞ DESTEĞİNİN ARACILIK ROLÜ

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı çalışanların sahip olduğu özdenetimin iş stresi üzerindeki etkisini tespit etmek ve meslektaş desteğinin bu ilişkide aracı rolü üstlenip üstlenmediğini saptamaktır. Araştırmanın hipotezleri, örneklem olarak seçilen devlet üniversitelerinde çalışan toplam 288 araştırma görevlisi üzerinde test edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler istatistik programları ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar, özdenetimin meslektaş desteğinin artmasında ve stresin azalmasında etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Buna ilaveten meslektaş desteğinin artması çalışanların stresinin azalmasını sağlamaktadır. Ayrıca meslektaş desteğinin özdenetim ile stres arasındaki ilişkide kısmı aracılık etkisi saptanmıştır. Özdenetimi yüksek çalışanlar meslektaş desteğinin artmasına katkı vererek yaşanan iş stresinin azalmasını sağladığı söylenebilir.
