Bu çalışmanın amacı, Covid-19 pandemisi döneminde öğretim elemanlarının iş doyumlarının iş performansına etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Bu kapsamda Karabük Üniversitesi öğretim elemanlarına internet ortamında anket uygulanmış ve 216 öğretim elemanı çalışmaya katılmıştır; elde edilen veriler SPSS ve AMOS programları yardımıyla yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Ulaşılan bulgular sonucunda pandemi döneminde çoğunlukla uzaktan çalışma yöntemini kullanan öğretim elemanlarının iş doyumunun iş performanslarını artırdığı ve bu etkinin anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra içsel iş doyumunun iş performansı üzerindeki etkisinin; dışsal iş doyumunun iş performansı üzerindeki etkisinden daha güçlü olduğu görülmüştür.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of faculty members' job satisfaction on their job performance during the Covid-19 pandemic period. In this context, an online questionnaire was applied to the faculty members of Karabük University and 216 faculty members participated in the study; the data obtained were analyzed by using structural equation model with the help of SPSS and AMOS packaged software. In the light of the findings, it was determined that the job satisfaction of the faculty members who mostly used the remote working method during the pandemic period increased their job performance and this effect was significant. In addition, it was observed that the effect of inner job satisfaction on job performance was stronger than the effect of outer job satisfaction on job performance.
