BURSA’DA TRAFİĞİN YOĞUN OLDUĞU BİR BÖLGEDE PASİF HAVA ÖRNEKLEYİCİ KULLANARAK POLİKLORLU BİFENİLLERİN (PCB’lerin) KONSANTRASYONLARININ MEVSİMSEL OLARAK BELİRLENMESİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada, trafiğin yoğun olduğu bir bölge
olan Bursa Test ve Analiz Laboratuvarı’nda (BUTAL) Haziran 2008-Haziran 2009
tarihleri arasında pasif hava örnekleyici kullanılarak PUF Disk, XAD-2 Reçine
ve Saf su medyalarında PCB’lerin konsantrasyon değerleri tespit
edilmiştir.  Bu kapsamda bir yıl boyunca
bir aylık örnekleme periyotlarında hava örnekleri toplanmıştır. Ortalama
atmosferik Ʃ61PCB konsantrasyonları PUF Disk, XAD-2 Reçine ve Saf su
medyalarında sırasıyla 89±71, 56±92, 
32±25 pg/m3 değerlerini almıştır. Ayrıca tüm medyalarda elde
edilen PCB konsantrasyonlarının mevsimsel dağılımları yaz, sonbahar, kış ve
ilkbahar mevsimlerinde sırasıyla, PUF Disk medyasında 146±93, 104±53, 40±19 ve
46, ±19 pg/m3
XAD-2 reçine medyasında 118±147, 15±6, 13±5 ve 56±53 pg/m3 ve son olarak Saf Su medyasında 34±37, 36±25, 35±24 ve 39±28
pg/m3 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Tüm medyalarda 3- ve 4- klorobifeniller
(CB’ler) baskın homolog grup olarak bulunmuştur.  Bu değerler daha önce benzer özelliğe sahip
bölgelerde ve medyalarda yapılmış olan çalışmalarla benzerlik göstermektedir.

Seasonal determination of the concentrations of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) using a passive air sampler in a region where traffic is intense in Bursa

Öz

In this study,
the concentrations of PCBs were determined with PUF disk, XAD-2 Resin and Pure
Water media using passive air sampler between June 2008 and June 2009 in the
Bursa Test and Analysis Laboratory (BUTAL) which is an area with high traffic.
The mean atmospheric Σ61PCB concentrations were
89±71,
56±92, 32±25
pg / m3
in the PUF disk, XAD-2 Resin and Pure Water media, respectively.
In addition, the seasonal distributions of PCB concentrations in all
media for summer, autumn, winter and spring seasons
calculated as in the PUF Disc media 146±93,
104±53, 40±19
and 46,
±19 pg/m3
  in the XAD-2 resin media 118±147,
15±6, 13±5 and 56±53 pg/m3
and finally in the Pure Water media 34±37,
36±25, 35±24 and 39±28 pg/m3
, respectively. 3- and 4- chlorobiphenlys (CBs) was the dominant
homolog group in all medias.  These
values are similar to those previously reported in similar regions and in
media.

DUYURU:

30.03.2021- Nisan 2021 (26/1) sayımızdan itibaren TR-Dizin yeni kuralları gereği, dergimizde basılacak makalelerde, ilk gönderim aşamasında Telif Hakkı Formu yanısıra, Çıkar Çatışması Bildirim Formu ve Yazar Katkısı Bildirim Formu da tüm yazarlarca imzalanarak gönderilmelidir. Yayınlanacak makalelerde de makale metni içinde "Çıkar Çatışması" ve "Yazar Katkısı" bölümleri yer alacaktır. İlk gönderim aşamasında doldurulması gereken yeni formlara "Yazım Kuralları" ve "Makale Gönderim Süreci" sayfalarımızdan ulaşılabilir. (Değerlendirme süreci bu tarihten önce tamamlanıp basımı bekleyen makalelerin yanısıra değerlendirme süreci devam eden makaleler için, yazarlar tarafından ilgili formlar doldurularak sisteme yüklenmelidir).  Makale şablonları da, bu değişiklik doğrultusunda güncellenmiştir. Tüm yazarlarımıza önemle duyurulur.
