Necrotizing fasciitis is an uncommon severe bacterial infection that is characterized by necrosis of the fascia and subcutaneous tissue. It is most commonly seen in the extremities, trunk and perineum. It scarcely affects the chest wall. In this report, two patients with necrotizing fasciitis of chest wall were presented
