Kobaylarda Nemli ve Kuru Ortamın Yara iyileşmesindeki Etkilerinin Araştırılması Üzerine Deneysel Çalışmalar

Bu
çalışmada kobaylar üzerinde yara modellerinde nemli ve kuru ortamın,
yara iyileşmesi üzerindeki rolü araştırıldı. Nemli ortam oluşturmak için steril
naylon veya transparan, adheziv, oksijen ve buhar geçirgen poliüretan film;
kuru ortam oluşturmak için de steril gazlı bez kullanıldı. Nemli yaralarda,
kuru yaralara göre yara kontraksiyonunun, epitelizasyonun, konnektif doku
rejenerasyonunun, daha hızlı oluştuğu tespit edildi. Steril naylon ve
poliüretan film uygulanan yaralardaki makroskopik ve histopatolojik iyileşme
modellerinin birbiri ile benzerlik gösterdiği dikkati çekti. Ancak steril
naylon uygulanan yaralarda maserasyon ve enfeksiyon gözlenirken, poliüretan
film uygulananlarda benzer bulgular görülmedi.

The Experimental Study in Mice on the Effects of Moist and Dry Condition on Wound Healing

Yıl 1995, Cilt: 1 Sayı: 2, 50 - 57, 06.11.1995

The aim of our study was to
assess the effects of moist and dry conditions on ıvound healing in mice. Moist
condition ıvas provided by sterile nylon or transparent, adherent polyurethane
film that transmits water vapor and oxygen. Dry condition ıvas provided by
sterile gauze. In moist ıvound when compared ıvith dry ıvounds, ıvound
contraction, epithelization and connective tissue regeneration ıvere faster.
Thegross and histological ıvound healing models ıvere similar in ıvounds
dressed ıvith steril nylon and polyurethan film. Maceration and infection ıvere
observed in ıvounds dressed ıvith sterile nylon. These findings were not seen
in polyurethane film
