Neonatal Buzağı İshal Tedavilerine İlave Probiyotik Kullanımının İmmunglobulin M (IgM) ve İmmunglobulin G (IgG) Seviyelerine Etkisi

Öz

Yeni doğan buzağı ishalleri önemli ekonomik kayıplara yol açmaktadır. Bu nedenle çalışmamızda buzağı ishallerine ilave olarak probiyotik eklenmesinin İmmunoglobulin M (IgM) ve İmmunoglobulin G (IgG) değerlerine etkisi amaçlandı. Çalışma Van Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi Hayvan Deneyleri Yerel Etik Kurulunun (YÜHADYEK) 28/03/2019 tarih ve 03 sayılı karar yazısı ile onay alınarak yapıldı. Çalışmaya ishal şikâyeti ile olan 6 adet buzağıya rutin tedaviye ilaveten Probiyotik ilave edildi Probiyotik grubu (1. Grup) ve 6 buzağı ya da sadece rutin tedavi uygulandı. (2. Grup) Rutin tedavi grubu. Çalışmaya toplam 12 ishalli buzağıda dahil edildi. IgM değerlerinde 1. Grupta Tedavi Sonrasında (TS), Tedavi Öncesine (TÖ) göre istatistikî (p<0,05) olarak artış olduğu, TS 2. Gruba göre de istatistikî artış görüldü. İmmunoglobulin G (IgG) değerlerinde ise iki gruptada TÖ ve TS fark belirlenemedi. Sonuç olarak yeni doğan buzağı ishallerinde rutin tedaviye ek olarak probiyotik eklenmesinin yayarlı olabileceği, İleride konuyla ilgili daha detaylı çalışmaların yapılması gerektiği kanısına varıldı.
