HEMŞİRELERDE KLİNİK LİDERLİĞİNİN İŞ PERFORMANSINA ETKİSİ

Öz

Bu çalışma, hemşirelerin klinik liderlik düzeylerinin kurum içerisinde göstermiş oldukları iş performanslarına etkisini incelemek amacıyla Samsun Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 694 hemşire oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem hesabı yapılmış geçersiz olan anketlerde elendikten sonra 254 hemşire araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler “Klinik Liderlik Ölçeği” ve “Hemşireler İçin İş Performansı Ölçeği” kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda hemşirelerin klinik liderlik ile iş performansı düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü orta düzeyde ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Hemşirelerin diğer sağlık profesyonelleriyle etkili bir şekilde çalışma becerilerinin, bakım koordinasyonunu sağlama performanslarını önemli ölçüde etkilediği görülmüştür. Ayrıca hemşirelerin hizmetleri iyileştirme konusundaki liderlik becerilerinin kuruma sağladıkları katkıyı olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

The Effect Of Clinical Leadership On Work Performance Of Nurses

Öz

This study was conducted in Samsun Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi in order to examine the effect of nurses' clinical leadership levels on their job performance within the organization. The population of the study consists of 694 nurses. After eliminating the invalid questionnaires, 254 nurses were included in the study. The data obtained in the study were collected using the "Clinical Leadership Scale" and "Job Performance Scale for Nurses". The data obtained in the study were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, it was determined that there was a positive moderate relationship between clinical leadership and job performance levels of nurses. It was observed that nurses' ability to work effectively with other health professionals significantly affected their performance in providing care coordination. It was also found that nurses' leadership skills in improving services positively affected their contribution to the organization.
