TOXOCARA CANIS AND VISCERAL LARVAE MIGRANS

Öz

Toxocara canis is a parasite that infects dogs in many countries in the world, including Turkey. Since it has zoonotic properties, it also threatens human health. With this review, it is aimed to give knowledge about visceral larva migrans which is formed by the larvae of this parasite.

Öz

Toxocara canis, Türkiye’de dahil olmak üzere dünyanın pek çok ülkesinde köpeklerde enfeksiyon oluşturan bir parazittir. Zoonotik özelliğe sahip olduğu için insan sağlığını da tehdit etmektedir. Bu derleme ile bu parazitin larvalarının oluşturduğu visceral larva migrans hakkında bilgi vermek amaçlanmıştır.
