The concepts of perceived overqualification, organizational identification and job satisfaction are undeniable concepts that affect the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations. These concepts generally mean that people think of themselves as overqualified for the work they do, identify themselves with their work and are satisfied with their work. The aim of the study is to consider these qualities in terms of health providers and to reveal the relationship between them. The research is carried out with 301 doctors and nurses working in a hospital in Karaman. Since the data collected from the participants meet normal distribution, the t-test is used to compare the paired groups and the Anova test is used to compare more than two groups. When the demographic characteristics of the participants are examined, it is observed that 54.2% of them are women, 59.8% are married, 73.1% are working as nurses, 43.5% are between the ages of 28-35. As a result, there is a weak, negative and significant relationship between perceived overqualification and organizational identification. In addition, a moderate, negative and significant relationship is found between perceived overqualification and job satisfaction, and a moderate, positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational identification is determined.
