Bütünleştirilmiş AHP-ARAS Yaklaşımıyla Lojistik Partner Seçimi: Otomotiv Yan Sanayi Yedek Parça Sektöründe Bir Uygulama

Öz

En uygun lojistik partnerin seçilmesi, tüm işletmelerin rekabet güçlerinde uzun vadeli işbirliklerini gerçekleştirmeleri açısından önemli bir konu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışma otomotiv yan sanayi yedek parça sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletme için en uygun lojistik partnerin seçilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Belirtilen amaç doğrultusunda çalışmada dört aşamalı bir bütünleştirilmiş Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yaklaşımı uygulanmıştır. İlk olarak çalışmada lojistik partner seçim kriterleri literatür araştırması ve yönetici görüşleri ile belirlenmiştir. Lojistik partner seçim kriterlerinin belirlenmesinin ardından, lojistik partner seçim kriterlerinin ağırlıkları Analitik Hiyerarşik Süreç (AHP) yöntemi ile tespit edilmiştir. Lojistik partner seçim kriterlerinin ağırlıklarının belirlenmesinin ardından çalışmada değerlendirilecek alternatifler işletme deneyimlerine göre belirlenmiştir. Son aşamada ise en uygun lojistik partner seçimi Additive Ratio Assesment (ARAS) yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçları, lojistik partner seçiminde en önemli kriterin “Lojistik Aktiviteler” olduğunu göstermiştir. ARAS yöntemine göre sonuçlar LF1’in genel sıralamada işletme için en uygun lojistik partner olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca şirket yöneticileri ile yapılan görüşmelerden elde edilen verilere göre önerilen modelin geçerli ve sağlam olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Logistics Partner Selection by Integrated AHP-ARAS Approach: A Case Study in the Automotive Sub-Industry Spare Parts Sector

Öz

Selecting the most proper logistics partner show up as a vital subject for all firms with regard to realize long-term cooperation in their competitive capacities. The study aims to choose the most proper logistics partner for a firm get into the acts in the automotive supply industry spare parts. In line with the stated aim, a four-phase an integrated Multi Criteria Decision Making approach is implemented in the study. In the study firstly, logistics partner selection criteria are specified via review of literature and managers opinions. After determining the logistics partner selection criteria in the research, the weights of logistics partner selection criteria are specified by Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) method. In the wake of the determining the logistics partner selection criteria weights, alternatives of the logistics partners to be assessable in the study are determined according to the firm experiences. Lastly, the most proper logistics partner selection is acquired via the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. The consequences of the research demonstrated that the most significant criterion in the selection of logistics partners is “Logistic Activities”. As to ARAS method, the consequences show that LF1 is the most proper logistics partner for the firm in the general ranking. In addition, according to the data obtained from interviews with firm managers, the suggested model is detected to be valid and robust.
