Individual values perception levels of academic and administrative staff in universities depending on some variables are tried to be examined in the study by way of conducting a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics such as arithmetic mean, frequency, standard deviation and percentage values are used in the analysis of the data. The findings obtained in the study are evaluated by using the statistical methods included in SPSS 21.0 software package. In consequence of the study, a significant difference is found in Trust and Forgiveness dimension. Accordingly, perception levels of administrative staff on trust and forgiveness dimension are found to be significantly higher than the perception levels of academic staff. The results of the study reveal that the perception levels of the staff not doing any sports on trust and forgiveness dimension are significantly higher than those who exercise 2 to 4 hours a week. On the basis of education variable, perception levels of the staff with associate's degree and high school graduates on trust and forgiveness dimension are found to be significantly higher than those having doctoral degree. Perception levels of the staff having master's degree on honesty and sharing dimension are found to be significantly higher than those having bachelor's degree.
