When the literature from the past to the present is examined, the position of women in terms of their working lives and careers is seen as an interesting subject. Especially the changing positions of women in their social lives and accordingly their life satisfaction levels have been the subject of many studies. In the study, firstly, explanations are made about the concepts of life satisfaction, social support and work-family enrichment, and then analyzes are carried out to determine to what extent the life satisfaction levels of working women changed according to the determined variables. The aim of this study is to examine the life satisfaction levels of working women in the context of perceived social support and work-family enrichment. For this purpose, the “Work-Family Enrichment Scale” adapted to Turkish by Akçakanat and Uzunbacak (2019) is used as a data collection tool to measure the work-family enrichment levels of women employees. In addition, the “Life Satisfaction Scale” adapted to Turkish by Bekmezci and Mert (2018) is used to measure life satisfaction of women employees and the “Perceived Social Support Scale” adapted to Turkish by Eker and Arkar (1995) is used to measure the perceived social support by women employees. The research is carried out on 393 women employees residing in Isparta. SPSS 26 and AMOS 24 statistical programs are used to analyze the data. According to the results obtained in women employees; it is observed that work-family enrichment and perceived social support have a positive and significant effect on life satisfaction.
