Climate change presents itself as a complex and multifaceted dilemma, deeply affecting not only natural ecosystems and the delicate balance of life within them but also the complex socio-economic structures that support various societies and the general health and well-being of the human population. While climate change is an undeniable critical issue on our global agenda that requires urgent and effective solutions, the phenomenon of migration also maintains its importance for nation-states and presents itself as an urgent issue that requires rapid and effective measures. Considering that climate change is a major driver that forces millions of individuals to embark on migration journeys in various parts of the world, it becomes imperative to address both climate change and migration coherently by linking them at global and regional scales. This comprehensive approach is crucial in building a resilient and sustainable future that can withstand the pressures exerted by these interconnected challenges. In this context, Africa, considered the second largest continent in terms of land area, serves as a canvas where the multifaceted components of the climate and migration crises can be meticulously observed, analyzed and understood more deeply. The study aims to examine the relationship between migration and climate change and analyze the consequences of this relationship through the example of Africa.
