Tesis Yönetiminde BIM Entegrasyonunun Enerji Analizi ve Proaktif Bakıma Etkileri

Öz

Bir tesisin yaşam döngüsündeki maliyetinin büyük bir kısmı işletme döneminde oluşmaktadır. Bu maliyetleri düşürebilmek için tesis yönetimi sistemlerinin BIM modelleri ile entegrasyonu sektörde yeni olanaklar sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada BIM tesis yönetimi entegrasyonu ile daha verimli enerji tüketim analizleri ve daha başarılı bakım planları oluşturmak için bir yol gösterilecektir.
