Öz

Cumhuriyet sonrası dönem ile birlikte önemli bir yer edinen sağlık
politikaları kamu yönetiminde önemli bir konumdadır. Özellikle dönemsel olarak
ön plana çıkan toplum sağlığı konularının da gelişmesiyle Anadolu insanının en
önemli ihtiyaçlarının temelinde sağlık konuları belirmiştir.  Konu güncel küresel tartışmaların
gözlemlendiği 2000’li yıllarda da önemini artırmış ve bu konuda kapsamlı
çalışmalarla birlikte reformlar hayata geçirilmiştir. Bu reformların konuları
genel olarak uluslararası kuruluşlarca belirlenen çeşitli standartlar olmasıyla
birlikte, Türkiye’nin özgün olarak oluşturduğu çeşitli politika oluşumları da
kamu yönetimi açısından önem kazanmıştır. 
Türk Kamu Yönetimi içerisinde Sağlık Bakanlığı’nca vatandaşların
hizmetine sunulan, sağlık politikalarının temelini oluşturan E-Sağlık
Hizmetleri ve kamusal önemi araştırmanın ana konusunu oluşturmaktadır.

A CURRENT EVALUATION OF THE PLACE AND IMPORTANCE ON HEALTH POLICIES OF E-HEALTH SERVICES FROM PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION VIEW

Öz

The health policy that has taken an important place together with the post-republic period is an important position in public administration. Particularly, with the development of community health topics that emerged in the foreground periodically, health issues have been laid on the basis of the most important needs of Anatolian people. The importance of the issue has also been increased during 2000’s when contemporary global debates have been observed and reforms have been passed along with extensive work in this regard. The subjects of these reforms in general and together with the various standards set by international organizations, various policies that create formations in Turkey, have gained importance as the original in terms of public administration. The main theme of theresearch of e-Health Services and Public Advance which are the based on the health policies offered to the Turkish citizens by the Ministry of Health in Turkish Public Administration.
