Stress is a factor that should be managed for individuals and organizations, otherwise it can cause physical and mental problems. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the effect of servant leadership perception of ground services employees towards their managers on job stresses. In this context, a survey was conducted with 138 aircraft maintenance technicians working at Istanbul Airport. The data obtained were firstly subjected to validity and reliability analyzes. Afterwards, multiple linear regression analyzes were conducted to examine the effect of perception of servant leadership on job stress. According to the analysis, it was concluded that servant leadership has an effect that reduces job stress. The study is expected to fill the gap in the literature due to the low number of studies examining the impact of servant leadership on job stress. Besides, the fact that no similar study was found in terms of civil air transport is the original aspect of the study.
