NMR T1 DURULMA ZAMANI ÖLÇÜMÜ YOLU İLE TAÇ ETER TÜREVİNİN SODYUM İYONU İLE KOMPLEKSLEŞMESİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Öz

Bu çalışma, NMR T1 ölçümleri yoluyla, taç eter (N,N’-Dioktil-7,16-diaza-1,4,10,13-tetraoksa-2,3,-benzosiklo oktadek-2-ene) ile Sodyum iyonunun kompleksleşmesini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Taç eter çözeltisinin artan sodyum iyonu konsantrasyonuna karşı T1 değerleri ölçüldü ve grafiğe geçirildi. Grafiklerden 1/T1’in, 1:1 kompleksleşmesine kadar arttığı ve sonra da sabit kaldığı gözlenmiştir. Grafiklerdeki 1/T1 değerinin belli bir konsantrasyondan sonra sabit kalması bağlanmanın bir göstergesidir.

Complexation of Crown Ether Derivative with Sodium Ion was Investigated by NMR Relaxation Time Measurement

Öz

In this study, complexation of crown ether (N,N’-Dioktil-7,16-diaza-1,4,10,13-tetraoksa-2,3,-benzosiklo oktadek-2-ene) doped with sodium ion was investigated by NMR relaxation time (T1) measurements. T1 values of the crown ether were measured with increasing concentration of NaClO4. Data show that 1/T1 increases with concentration and then remains constant. Constant values of 1/T1 after 1:1 crown ether-ion concentration were attributed to the binding of the crown ether with sodium ion.
