Two lipoleiomyoma cases

Öz

Lipoleiomyomas that are amongst the mixt mesodermal tumours of uterus are defined as lipoma or lipoleiomyoma according to the amount of adipose tissue and smooth muscle they include. In this article, these two lipoleiomyoma cases are presented with regard that they are encountered rarely and besides, one of them is accompanied with an uncommon primary renal pathology, oncocytoma.

İki lipoleiomyom olgusu

Öz

Uterusun mikst mezodermal tümörleri arasında yer alan uterin lipoleiomyomlar içerdikleri yağ dokusu ve düz kas miktarına göre lipom ya da lipoleiomyom olarak adlandırılırlar. İki lipoleiomyom olgusu nadir görülmeleri nedeni ile ve bir olguya böbreğin az görülen primer lezyonlarından onkositomun eşlik etmesi nedeniyle tartışmaya uygun bulundu.
