Estrogen and progesteron immunreactivity in hyperplastic and atypical hyperplastic endometrium

Objective: In our study; we aimed to evaluate estrogen and progesteron receptor expression in hyperplastic and atypical hyperplastic endometrium. Öz

Amaç:Atipisiz ve atipili endometrial hiperplazilerdeki östrojen ve ve progesteron reseptör ekspresyonunun değerlendirilmesi. Materyal ve Metod: Onyediadet atipisiz basit veya kompleks hiperplazi ve 10 adet atipili kompleks hiperplazi içeren parafin blokda immunhistokimyasal yöntemle östrojen ve progesteron reseptörleri çalışıldı.
