Öz

Two cases of two huge placental hemangiomas associated with fetal hydrops and premature labor is reported. It is thought that ultrasonography is helpful in diagnosis of placental hemangiomas and the vascularization of the tumor is one of the pivotal determinant factors of pregnancy outcome.

İki dev plasental hemanjiomanın eşlik ettiği fetal hidrops ve erken doğum tehdidi olgusu

Öz

Bu yazıda erken doğum eyleminin ve fetal hidrops un eşlik ettiği iki dev plasental hemanjiomah bir olgu sunuldu. Bu olgularda prenatal tanıda ultra-sonografinin yardımcı olduğu ve tümör vaskülarizasyonun gebelik sonucunu belirleyen en önemli etkenlerden biri olduğu düşünüldü.
