Bio
Usman Kojo Abonyi is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Educational Studies and Leadership, University of Ghana, Legon. He holds a PhD in Education with concentration in educational leadership and management from the University of Canberra, Australia, and a Master of Philosophy in Higher Education from the University of Oslo, Norway. His research interest includes educational leadership, school leadership development, teacher professional development, workplace learning and transfer, and human resource management in education.
