Bio
Bahtiyar Bayraktar was born in the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1977 to 1990, he worked as a researcher at the Scientific Research Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics at Kabardino-Balkarian State University (KBGU, Russian Federation). Has a PhD degree in technical sciences (1992 from Rostov State University). Until 2008, he worked as an Associate Professor in the Department of Automated Information Processing Systems in the Faculty of Informatics and Control at KBGU. Currently lives in Turkey and holds a PhD in Mathematics Sciences. He worked as an Assistant Professor at Uludağ University, Department of Mathematics Education until 2021. In 2022, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the Department of Analysis and Theory of Functions. Currently, he is retired.
