Bio

Serap Dikmenli is a highly experienced aeronautical and mechanical engineer with over 30 years of industry experience. He specializes in Computer Aided Engineering simulations and virtual product development, with a solid background in product design and development through CAD/CAE.
After earning his Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in Turkey, Serap went on to pursue a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology in the USA. During this time, he honed his expertise in advanced modeling and simulation techniques to optimize product and mechanical system performance.
Serap spent nine years at Momentum A.S., where he managed and led teams responsible for delivering engineering services projects related to product design, development, and simulation for top-rated industrial companies across Turkey.
In 2001, Serap was recruited by Arcelik A.S., where he spent five years working on innovative washer dryer systems. He currently holds numerous worldwide patent applications as a result of his intensive research and development.
Currently, Serap is working as a Simulation, Design, and Development Leader at Altinay A.S., R&D Department, where he is responsible for developing cutting-edge products that utilize innovative mechanical systems. He is senior R&D leader and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful finalization of R&D projects.
Serap is passionate about developing solutions that meet the needs of clients and consumers, and his free time is filled with activities such as travelling, hiking, reading, dancing, and swimming.
