Ethics committee approval should be obtained in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration ethical standards for experimental, clinical and pharmaceutical research. In all human studies, there should be a sentence in the "Materials and Methods" section that the study was approved by the relevant committee or that the study was carried out in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration of Principles (www.wma.net/e/policy/b3.htm).
