When submitting an article to our journal, please enter information such as article name etc. with the first letter capitalized.

• Title Page (The title page of our journal must be formatted according to the 📝  Title Page Template.docx template)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (This form must be prepared using our journal’s template 📝  Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.docx and uploaded in PDF format with a signature) 
• Copyright Transfer Form (Please prepare the form using our journal’s template 📝  Copyright Transfer Form.docx and upload the signed version in PDF format)
• iThenticate Similarity Report (For permitted similarity rates, see the “PLAGIARISM CHECK” section in the  Ethical Principles and Publication Policy )

Articles that do not conform to the journal’s template or violate the style guidelines will be returned to the author by the journal secretariat before the review process begins. Responsibility for this lies with the author(s). In order for your article to be forwarded to the editor, it must be formatted in accordance with our style guidelines. If the article is prepared using the styles provided in our journal’s template, the preliminary review by the editorial office will be completed more quickly, and the review process will proceed more efficiently. 

The formatting guidelines are included in the 📝 Full-Text Article Template.docx file. Please reformat your article using this file before uploading it. The article must not contain any information that would reveal the authors’ names, email addresses, affiliations, etc. Such information should be left blank, e.g., “...”

Authors’ first and last names, email addresses, affiliations, and other such information must be provided in a separate 📝 Title Page Template.docx file.

All articles submitted to the Adıyaman University Journal of Engineering Sciences are checked using plagiarism detection software (iThenticate). All manuscripts that do not comply with the criteria listed under the “Plagiarism Check” heading in the “Ethical Principles and Publication Policy” section (excluding the References list, the percentage of text from a single source must not exceed 3%, and the total percentage from all sources must not exceed 20%) will be returned to the author by the journal secretariat.

All articles submitted to the Adıyaman University Journal of Engineering Sciences undergo a double-blind peer review process. Our journal’s article review policy is available under the “Review Policy” heading in the Ethical Principles and Publication Policy section.

The page limit for articles is twenty (20) pages.
