Dr. M. Murat Kızanlıklı completed his Master’s degree (2008) and PhD (2014) in the Department of Tourism Management at the Graduate School of Educational Sciences, Gazi University.
He worked as a Research Assistant at Atatürk University in Erzurum between 2007 and 2010; and at Gazi University between 2010 and 2017. In 2019, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the field of Tourism Sciences. Between 2020 and 2025, he worked as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Tourism, Kyrgyz–Turkish Manas University, where he also worked as the Head of the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. Since 1 September 2025, he has been working as a Professor at the Faculty of Tourism, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University.
His research interests include human resources management in tourism, consumer rights, tourism legislation, and sustainable tourism.
Since 2019, he has been serving as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of the Faculty of Tourism, Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University.

Zélia Breda holds a PhD in Tourism, a MA in Chinese Studies (Business and International Relations) and a BSc in Tourism Management and Planning from the University of Aveiro, where she is Assistant Professor and Vice-Director of the PhD in Tourism. She is an integrated member of the Research Unit 'Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies', and a founding member of the Observatory of China, and a senior consultant of Idtour, a tourism R&D spin-off company. She is also member of the editorial and scientific boards of a few academic national and international journals, as well member of the organizing and scientific committees of international tourism conferences. She has authored and co-authored several national and international papers and communications on tourism development and planning. She has also been taking part of several research projects in the tourism field, both as a member of the team and as a consultant.
Alper Işın is an Associate Professor in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Faculty of Tourism, İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University. He completed his master’s degree in the Tourism Management Education Program at the Institute of Educational Sciences, Gazi University, and his PhD in the Tourism Management Program at the Institute of Social Sciences, Gazi University. As of 2025, he also holds an academic position at Kyrgyzstan–Türkiye Manas University. His primary academic and research interests include tourism management, tourism marketing, tourist behavior, and gastronomy studies.

Prof. Dr. Fügen Durlu Özkaya graduated from Ankara University and completed her postgraduate studies in Food Engineering. She has been conducting academic research in the field of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts for many years and currently serves as a faculty member in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Faculty of Tourism, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. Her research interests include food science, sustainable gastronomy, traditional and regional culinary cultures, sensory analysis, product development, gastronomy education, and food safety. She has published numerous scientific articles, book chapters, and conference papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals and has served as both principal investigator and researcher in various national and international research projects. In addition, she actively serves as an editor and reviewer for several national and international scientific journals.
Kartal Doğukan Çıkı received his bachelor's degree from Gazi University, Department of Travel Management and Tourism Guidance (2014-2017). Kartal Doğukan Çıkı completed his master's degree in Travel Management and Tourism Guidance at Hacı Bayram Veli University in 2020. He received his PhD degree in Tourism Management from Istanbul University in 2024. He works as a full-time Research Assistant (PhD) at Istanbul Gelisim University Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences (2019-Present). Research Areas: Tourist guiding, tourism management, tourism and accommodation, recreation and recreational activities, tourist experience and other tourism related fields (gastronomy tourism, tourist motivation etc.).

ODTÜ Yabancı Diller Eğitimi İngilizce Öğretmenliği programından 1999 yılında mezun oldu. Yüksek Lisans ve Doktora çalışmalarını Gazi Üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü Turizm İşletmeciliği Eğitimi programında tamamladı. Gazi Üniversitesinde bir süre İngilizce okutmanı olarak görev yaptıktan sonra 2011 yılından itibaren Gazi Üniversitesi Turizm Fakültesi Seyahat İşletmeciliği ve Turizm Rehberliği bölümünde öğretim üyesi olarak atandı. Lisansüstü programı başlangıcından itibaren özellikle turist rehberliği, turist rehberliği eğitimi üzerine çalışmalarda bulundu. Lisans ve Lisansüstü programlarda turist rehberliği, turizm tarihi, sürdürülebilirlik ve yabancı dil ile ilgili dersleri vermektedir. Ulusal ve uluslararası platformlarda birçok bildiri ve makale yayınlamış olup, ulusal yayınevleri tarafından basılan kitaplarda çeşitli bölümler yazmıştır.
