Ulusal Yeterlilik Sisteminin İnşaat Sektöründe İstihdama Olan Etkisinin İncelenmesi: Antalya Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Mesleki Yeterlilik Kurumu’nun (MYK) yetki verdiği yetkilendirilmiş belgelendirme kuruluşları (YBK) tarafından verilmekte olan mesleki yeterlilik belgesinin inşaat sektörü özelinde istihdama olan etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın verileri, Antalya ilinde ikamet eden ve inşaat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren 30 işçi, 30 işveren ve işçilerden sorumlu 30 mühendise anket uygulaması yapılarak elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada, anket sonucunda elde edilen istatistiksel veriler ile anket uygulaması esnasında edinilen görüşler ışığında mesleki yeterlilik belgesinin Antalya ilinde inşaat sektörü kapsamında istihdama olan etkileri değerlendirilmiştir.

An Examination of The Effect of the National Qualification System on Employment in the Construction Sector: the Case of Antalya

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of vocational qualification certificates, issued by authorized certification bodies (ACBs) under the authority of Türkiye's Vocational Qualifications Authority (VQA), on employment in the construction sector. Data were collected through surveys of 30 workers, 30 employers, and 30 engineers responsible for those workers in the Antalya’s construction industry. Based on the statistical analysis of survey data and the qualitative feedback gathered during the surveys, this study provides a comprehensive assessment of the impact of VQCs on employment within Antalya's construction sector.
