Article Submission Process Guide

1. Article Preparation and Pre-Submission

Writing Conventions and Formatting:
Prepare your manuscript in accordance with the journal’s author guidelines and stylistic instructions. The manuscript must include a comprehensive reference list, footnotes, citations, and all other academic requirements.

Adherence to Ethical Standards:
Ensure that your manuscript is original, free from plagiarism, and presents data in an honest manner. For topics that require ethical committee approval, all necessary permissions must have been obtained and clearly stated within the article.

Data Preservation and Transparency:
Maintain the raw data associated with your study. This data should be readily available, as it may be requested by the journal during the review process.

2. Manuscript Submission

Submission Method:
Submit your manuscript through the journal’s online submission system or via the provided email address. During submission, remember to include all documents and declarations mandated by the publication policy (for example, a conflict of interest statement).

3. Preliminary Review and Technical Inspection

Editorial Preliminary Assessment:
The submitted manuscript will undergo an initial evaluation by the journal’s editors to verify its format, scope, and adherence to the writing guidelines. This includes a check to ensure that the content is appropriate for the journal’s theme and scope.

Plagiarism and Writing Inspection:
The manuscript will be scanned using plagiarism detection software (e.g., TURNITIN), with an expected similarity index below 15%. This phase typically lasts up to 15 days.

4. Subject Editor Review

Content and Academic Style Evaluation:
A subject editor with expertise in the relevant field will review the manuscript. The evaluation focuses on language, style, logical flow, and the overall academic depth of the text.

Identification of Necessary Revisions:
The subject editor will identify and communicate any required revisions to the author.

5. Double-Blind Peer Review Process

Assignment of Referees:
Once preliminarily approved, the manuscript is sent to at least two independent referees with experience in the relevant field.

Referee Evaluations:
The referees will produce detailed reports concerning the scientific validity, originality, methodology, and the results of the study. These evaluation reports are expected to contain a minimum of 150 words explaining their justifications.

Confidentiality and Impartiality:
The double-blind review process ensures that the identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain confidential, thereby promoting an impartial assessment.

6. Author Revision and Correction Process

Response to Referee Feedback:
In light of the feedback provided by the referees, make the necessary revisions to your manuscript.

Revision Stage:
The revised manuscript will undergo re-evaluation by the subject editor and referees. The revised version should be completed within a maximum of 10 days. Authors are required to clearly indicate any changes made—preferably by highlighting revisions in red—and submit the revised version to the subject editor.

7. Publication Board Review and Final Decision

Publication Board Evaluation:
After considering the referee reports and the author’s revisions, the manuscript is submitted to the Publication Board for a final evaluation.

Decision Process:
The Publication Board makes the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of the manuscript by majority vote. In the event of an appeal, the decision may be subject to re-evaluation.

8. Typesetting, Layout, and Publication Process

Typesetting and Layout:
Accepted manuscripts will be processed through professional typesetting and layout services, ensuring that both text and visuals adhere to the journal’s design standards.

Data Submission and Indexing:
The article’s metadata and required ancillary information will be sent to the relevant national and international indexing services. The article is scheduled for electronic publication in October, as determined by the journal.

9. Post-Publication Process and Feedback

Post-Publication Inspection and Corrections:
Should errors or omissions be detected in the published article, corrections or retractions will be implemented as necessary.

Feedback from Readers and the Scientific Community:
Any shortcomings or criticisms raised by readers or the broader scientific community should be directed to the journal’s designated complaint/inquiry email address for appropriate evaluation.
