Dear Academics and Researchers,

ÂSÂR Journal of Academic Religious Studies is planning to publish a special issue that explores the religious, philosophical, psychological, sociological, historical, and ethical dimensions of earthquakes from an interdisciplinary perspective. In this context, we cordially invite you to contribute to this special issue.

An earthquake, beyond being a geological phenomenon, is an event that deeply impacts the religious and philosophical thoughts of societies. This special issue aims to focus on various topics, such as the place of earthquakes in human life, their reflections in religious texts, ethical and theological implications, social solidarity, and religious attitudes following trauma.
