About
ÂSÂR Journal of Academic Religious Studies is a peer-reviewed international journal published by the Faculty of Theology at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University, first launched in 2021. The journal publishes original research articles, translated articles, research notes, letters to the editor, and book/scientific meeting reviews in the fields of religion, philosophy, history, culture, art, and science.
The journal is published annually in October and accepts submissions in Turkish, English, and Arabic.
The primary aim of ÂSÂR Journal of Academic Religious Studies is to contribute to the advancement of knowledge by publishing high-quality and original studies in all areas related to theology.
The journal operates on an open-access and online publication model. Submitted manuscripts that comply with the submission guidelines and the journal’s scope undergo a rigorous peer-review process, in which they are evaluated by at least two experts in the relevant field.
The Editorial Board members decide on the publication of the manuscript by considering the evaluations of peer reviewers and taking into account the criteria of both the international indexes in which the journal is currently indexed and those of other international indexes the journal aims to be included in.
