She received her B.A. in Business Administration from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences (2007) and completed two M.A. degrees at Gazi University in Accounting–Finance (2014) and Public Finance (2015). She obtained her Ph.D. from Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University (2020).
Her research focuses on financial systems, microfinance, financial development, ESG, and sustainable finance. In 2024, she completed a postdoctoral research project at the University of Lodz (Poland) under the TÜBİTAK 2219 fellowship, examining the impact of ESG practices on corporate value creation and social benefit. She continues her academic research at the University of Lodz during the Spring semester of 2025–2026 within the EXSOC Fellowship Programme.
She has been working at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Department of Business Administration since 2011 and continues her academic career as an associate professor. At the undergraduate level, she teaches Financial Management and International Finance; at the graduate level, she teaches Financial Management, Behavioral Finance, and Investment Project Valuation and Analysis. At the University of Lodz, she has taught Project Management on Financial Markets, Financial Aspects of Healthcare Management, International Finance, and International Business Finance.
