EKOLOJİK SOSYAL HİZMET BAĞLAMINDA TÜRCÜLÜK

Abstract

İnsan etkisiyle ekolojik uyumun ve doğal ekosistemin bozulması
birçok çevresel soruna ve yıkıma neden olmuştur. İnsanlığın
aşırı tüketimi ve doğayı fazlasıyla tahrip etme durumu
tüm türler üzerinde geri dönülemez etkiler yaratmıştır. Ekolojik
sosyal hizmet yaklaşımı, sosyal hizmet mesleğinin temelinde
barındırdığı çevresi içinde birey yaklaşımının ve ekolojik bakış
açısının kapsamını değiştirmiş, doğa ile uyum içinde yaşama,
çevresel farkındalıkların arttırılması, türler arasında ayrımcılık
yapılmaması ve sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının çevresel farkındalıklarının
arttırılması görüşlerini kuvvetle önermektedir.
Ekolojik sosyal hizmetin bütün yaşam formlarının birbirine
bağlı olduğu gerçeğine dayanması, türler arası ayrıma da karşı
çıktığı anlamına gelebilir. Bu makalede, türler arasında ayrımcı
olmayı ifade eden türcülük kavramı açıklanarak, ekolojik sosyal
hizmet ile ilişkisi üzerinde durulacaktır.
