She was born in Ankara in 1962 and completed her primary and secondary education there. In 1985, she graduated from the Department of Architecture at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Gazi University. She completed both her Master’s and PhD degrees at the same university. She worked as an architect and office manager in architectural practices, and as a site manager on various construction projects. She also held several positions at the Department of Environmental Planning and the Department of Health and Social Services within Ankara Metropolitan Municipality. She was appointed Assistant Professor in 2007 and Associate Professor in 2018. Since 2024, she has been serving as a Full Professor at the same faculty. At various periods, she served as Vice Head and Head of the Department of Architecture at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Bozok University.
She was born in 1973 in Hersbruck, Germany. She graduated from the Department of Art Education at the Faculty of Education of Anadolu University in 1996 and began working at the same institution as a research assistant. In 2000, she completed her master’s degree in the Department of Art Education at the Institute of Social Sciences of Anadolu University. In 2006, she completed her proficiency in art thesis titled “Color–Essence Relationships in the Art of Painting.” She received the title of Associate Professor in 2011 and became a Professor in 2020. She has held five solo exhibitions and has participated in numerous juried, group, national, and international exhibitions. She currently works as a faculty member in the Department of Fine Arts Education at the Faculty of Education, Anadolu University. She is currently working as a faculty member in the Department of Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Anadolu University.
She holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD in art education, art, art history, visual design, and education. Her work revolves around art-based research methods, visual research methods, a/r/tography, visual pedagogy, digital visual culture, new media, multicultural art education, graphic design, interactive content design, digital gamification, and narrative practices. Suzan Duygu Bedir Erişti, aiming to imbue an international perspective into both her work and research, engages in national and international research and projects. Erişti was awarded the Visual Arts Educator of the Year Award in the academician category in 2016 by TURKEY-GORSED (Visual Arts Education Association) based on her academic studies and contributions to the field. In 2023, she served as a visiting professor at Northern Illinois University with a Post-Doctoral Fellowship. During this period, she collaborated with Prof. Dr. Douglas Boughton and Prof. Dr. Kerry Freedman. Eristi’s works have been showcased in numerous national and international juried exhibitions. Additionally, she has participated in solo and group exhibitions at the international level, along with undertaking design projects for various organizations. In Turkey, she co-edited several books with a group of researchers with multiple international participations, including Visual Research Methods, focusing on Art-Based Research Methods and Art Education, A/r/tography, co-edited with Prof. Dr. Rita Irwin, Visual Pedagogy, co-edited with Prof. Dr. Paul Duncum, and a book titled New Media and Visual Communication Design, focusing on visual communication. Between 2020 and 2023, she held positions as the Head of the Fine Arts Education Department and the Department of Fine Arts Education at Anadolu University, Faculty of Education. She currently serves as a faculty member at Anadolu University, Faculty of Education, Department of Fine Arts Education.
He was born in 1984. He is working as a Associate Professor at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Graphics.
He completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe University in 2007. He completed his master’s degree at Hacettepe University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Graphics in 2011. He held five solo exhibitions (two international)and participated in various group exhibitions and projects in Turkey and abroad. In 2016, he received his PhD with thesis titled “3D Kinetic Typography” at Hacettepe University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Graphics.
He has two book, typography and motion graphic that he works as an editor and wrote two book part of for Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Visual Communication Department. He has lots of articles and papers. He continues her studies on especially typography design, font design, kinetic typography, poster design and continues to teach typography, technologies on graphics at the university.
