This type of works, which include the features of Historical Eastern Turkish and Historical Western Turkish, it has generally taken its place in the language of Turcology as a mixed language. When we look at the developmental course of Oghuz language, it is seen that mixed language works with Eastern Turkish features do not have similar features in terms of some important phonetic and morphological features. There is a clear link between Karakhanid Turkish and Eastern Turkish, but this link is not seen between Karakhanid Turkish and Western Turkish. Mixed language works have an important place in the development of Oghuz language. Manzûme-i Ferâǿiz, which has an important place in the Turkish language, is one of the works in mixed languages. Manzûme-i Ferâǿiz is one of the works with mixed languages. In this work which includes the subject on inheritance Arabic and Persian words are quite abundant. The work was copyrighted by Mohammed bin Abbas in the early 15th century. In the word written in verse it is explained in detail how the inheritance will be distributed and how it will be distributed to whom. The fact that the subject of inheritance is related to Islamic law and is directly related to the here after has made this work attractive. It is a work in which Arabic and Persian words are used in terms of language features. The subject of inheritance is also very related to the terms of kinship. In the study kinship names in the work named “Manzûme-i Ferâǿiz” were determined by scanning method. The aforementioned kinship names are explained together with their meanings in the dictionary section of the work. In addition the words were evaluated in terms of etymology. Then the numerical data of the determined kinship names were expressed in the conclusion section and certain inferences were reached based on the findings.
