The Journal of Eurasia Tourism Research (JETouR) aims to develop the discipline of tourism by including interdisciplinary studies in the discipline of tourism or whose subject of study and (or) practice is "tourism". In this way, it is aimed to contribute to the tourism discipline, to provide a scientific contribution to the practitioners in the tourism sector and (or) field, and to ensure the development of the tourism sector in the light of science.

Within the scope of the publication Journal of the Eurasia Tourism Research (JETouR), provided that the study subject and (or) practice is related to "tourism", especially in the fields of Tourism Management, Tourism Guidance, Recreation Management, Culture, Accounting-Finance Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, interdisciplinary, theoretical, empirical and (or) case studies from the tourism sector.
