ÖRGÜTSEL ÖZDEŞLEŞME, ÖRGÜTSEL İMAJ VE ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI İLİŞKİSİ: BİR UYGULAMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel özdeşleşme, örgütsel imaj ve
örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı (ÖVD) arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Bu
bağlamda çalışanların örgütleriyle özdeşleşme derecesi belirlenmiş, algılanan
dış imajın çekiciliğinin örgütsel özdeşleşme üzerine etkisi araştırılmış ve
örgütsel özdeşleşmenin de ÖVD üzerine etkisi ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca
algılanan dış imajı, örgütsel özdeşleşmeyi ve ÖVD’yi etkileyebileceği
düşünülen yaş ve eğitim düzeyi kontrol değişkeni olarak ele alınmıştır.
Öngörülen ilişkileri test etmek için bir işletmede uygulama çalışması
gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bulgular, örgütün dış imajını çekici bulan çalışanların
örgütle daha güçlü biçimde özdeşleştiğini ve örgütsel özdeşleşmenin ÖVD’yi
olumlu yönde etkilediğini göstermiştir.
