SİYASAL BİR FELSEFE OLARAK LİBERTERYENİZM

Abstract

Liberteryenizm olarak adlandırılan siyasal felsefeye göre, her insan kendi
hayatının sahibidir. Hiç kimse başka birisinin yaşamı üzerinde tasarruf hakkına
sahip değildir. İnsanlar nasıl yaşayacaklarına kendi özgür iradeleri doğrultusunda
karar verirler. Hiç kimsenin kimseye efendi olma ve yine kimsenin kimseyi köle
edinme hakkı yoktur. Başkalarının hayatları sizin onlara son vermeniz ya da onlar
üzerinden yararlanmanız için değildir. Devlet insan açısından bilinen en tehlikeli
kurumdur. Devletin biricik görevi insan haklarını teminat altına alarak insanları
başkalarının saldırılarından korumaktır. İnsanların devlet tarafından korunması
gereken temel hakları, hayat hakkı, özgürlük hakkı ve mülkiyet hakkıdır.
