İçerik Analizi Kullanılarak Üniversite Gençliğinin Boş Zaman Farkındalığı ve Rekreasyon Tercihlerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu makale, üniversite öğrencilerinin boş zaman farkındalıkları ve rekreasyonel aktivite tercihlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından durum çalışması yöntem olarak seçilmiştir. Çalışma grubunun belirlenmesinde olasılıksız örnekleme tekniklerinden amaçlı örnekleme kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubu, Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi Peyzaj Mimarlığı Bölümü'nde öğrenim gören birinci, ikinci, üçüncü ve dördüncü sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmacı tarafından üç uzmanın görüşleri alınarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu geliştirilmiş ve veri toplama aracı olarak demografik değişkenlerin belirtildiği bir kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler nitel analiz yöntemlerinden içerik analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmaya öncelikli olarak 21-23 yaş aralığındaki ikinci sınıf öğrencileri katılmıştır. Katılımcıların boş zaman farkındalıkları ve sosyal, fiziksel ve sanatsal rekreasyonel aktivitelere yönelik tercihleri ​​gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca öğrencilerin boş zamanlarını rekreasyon amaçlı kullandıkları belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada, çalışma grubundaki üniversite öğrencilerinin boş zaman farkındalıkları ve rekreasyonel tercihleri ​​araştırılmıştır.

Reviewing University Youth’s Leisure Time Awareness and Recreation Preferences Using Content Analysis

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine university students' leisure time awareness and recreational activity preferences. A case study, a qualitative research approach, was chosen as the method. Purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling technique, was used to determine the study group. The study group consisted of first, second, third, and fourth-year students from the Department of Landscape Architecture at Karadeniz Technical University. The researchers developed a semi-structured interview form based on the opinions of three experts, and a personal information form specifying the demographic variables. These forms were used as data collection tools. The data obtained were analyzed using content analysis, a qualitative analysis method. The study primarily included second-year students between the ages of 21 and 23. Participants' leisure time awareness and preference for social, physical, and artistic recreational activities were observed. They also determined that they used their leisure time for recreation. The study explored university students' leisure time awareness and recreational preferences within the study group.
