Abstract
Her insan belirli bir biçimde işleyen fiziki bir yapı ile dünyaya gelse de fizyolojik donatıları yönünden birbirinden farklılık gösterir. Bu farklılık olumsuzluklar, içerdiği zaman özürleri oluşturur.
Özür dendiğinde, genelde, kişinin yeteneklerini sınırlayan, davranışlarını engelleyen ve bunun sonucu olarak da hayal kırıklığı yaratan fiziksel ve zihinsel özürler akla gelebilir (Inızıan, 1980).
