Article submissions that do not comply with these notes will not be processed.
Only one work per author will be published within a calendar year.
Authors uploading to the Dergipark system must upload the article file without personal information and the contact information file separately.
Authors must also delete the author information from the metadata in the files they submit (by right-clicking on the file, selecting properties, and clicking on details) before uploading them to the system.
The plagiarism report results for authors' articles should not exceed 20%.
The works are checked with artificial intelligence detection applications.
The use of academic language is mandatory in the articles, and personal judgement statements should not be used.
Authors should avoid sentence structures that reveal their identity in references to their own work, such as ‘in a study we conducted...’.
For the publication of studies based on surveys or interviews, an ethics committee approval document must be uploaded to the system under all circumstances.
The copyright transfer agreement template will be displayed during the file upload steps to the journal. After downloading the document, the corresponding author will have it signed by all authors and upload it to the file upload system.

Figures in image format should be of sufficiently high resolution (or dpi value) to avoid reading difficulties, but low enough not to increase the file size beyond 2 MB.
Submissions should be uploaded in two files:
1. Header file: Article title, author(s)' titles, full names and institutions, contact details, ORCID numbers.
2. Full text file:
2.1. Article title

2.3. Main article text

2.5. Extended Summary for Turkish articles
2.6. Appendices
Citations: In our journal, which adopts the APA 6 citation style, citations should be given in parentheses in the text with the author's surname, year of publication, and page number after the (:) sign. For example: (Taşdelen, 2001: 42). Attention should be paid to punctuation and alphabetical order in citations. If the source cited has more than two authors, the surname of the first author should be given, followed by ‘et al.’ for the others. Example: (Altunışık et al., 2001). However, in the bibliography section, all authors' surnames and initials should be listed.
Sources:
All sources referenced in the text are listed at the end of the article under the heading ‘Bibliography’. Sources in the Bibliography are arranged in alphabetical order based on the author's (or editor's) surname, the surname of the first author if there are multiple authors, or the initial letter of the name of the institution (e.g., Central Bank) or periodical (e.g., Business Week) if the source belongs to an institution or periodical. If reference is made to more than one publication by an author or group of authors, these sources are listed in order based on their publication date (earlier publication years come first). If these sources were published in the same year, they are listed with letters such as a, b, c added to the publication year.
