ANNOUNCEMENT: As of 2026, the journal will only accept articles in English. No changes will be requested for works submitted to our journal before 1 January 2026 and currently undergoing the review process. 

The **Bayburt Journal of Education Faculty (BJEF)** is a scientific and peer-reviewed journal published electronically four times a year — in March, June, September, and December. BJEF is an open-access journal that publishes only studies conducted in the field of education. Starting from 2026, the publication language of the journal is English.

Only original research articles are accepted for publication in BJEF. Studies such as book reviews and literature reviews (including meta-analysis, meta-synthesis, and content analysis) are not accepted. In addition, studies that contain only bibliometric analysis are rejected; such analyses must be supported by other research methods. Case studies based on a single data source are not accepted due to a lack of data diversity. Similarly, studies that rely solely on content analysis and are not supported by other research methods are not considered for evaluation.

No fees are charged to authors at any stage of the evaluation or publication process. Accepted manuscripts are published in the corresponding issues based on the order of acceptance, ensuring an equal distribution of articles across different fields. All publication rights of the published articles belong to the *Bayburt Journal of Education Faculty*. Matters not specified herein are subject to the decisions of the Editor and the Editorial Board. Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal’s publication and writing guidelines are rejected without evaluation.

The *Bayburt Journal of Education Faculty* has been included in the **TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Social Sciences and Humanities Database** since 2017.
